Tips for Traveling in India (2022) + Sightseeing in New Delhi

Today we are exploring more of New Delhi, and as we do we want to share with you many of the travel tips we have for traveling in India. We have been in the country for two weeks now, and have picked up many tips for traveling in India along the way! In today's New Delhi travel vlog we are exploring more of Delhi, including the lotus temple in New Delhi, shopping in Lajpat Nagar market, trying Indian street food (kachori and veg biriyani), and we also give you a tour of our New Delhi airbnb!

We have been really surprised by how much we enjoy sightseeing in Delhi! Before we arrived, quite a few people told us we should probably leave Delhi as quickly as possible to explore other parts of India, but we have truly enjoyed seeing this city over the past two weeks. Delhi has so many places for tourists to visit, and it's world class metro system makes it easy and affordable to explore this huge city.

Delhi is a very busy city though, so we have had to put all our travel skills to use here. After 1.5 years of full-time travel, we have learned quite a lot about how to stay safe and have a great time in a new country, and we hope you find these tips for traveling India helpful if you are planning your own visit to India! This video will also give you a good idea of what to do in New Delhi (in English) but if you want an even better look at things to do in Delhi, we would suggest checking out our first India vlog which shows lots of Delhi's top tourist attractions (and some off the beaten path ones as well): https://youtu.be/1n_C8e7VYaM
